Explore K&M Herbs teas and gifts
When ordering herbal tea or a gift set from K&M Herbs, check the delivery charge before completing payment. The cost of getting the parcel to its destination belongs in your gift budget alongside the products themselves.
Check the current delivery information
K&M Herbs product pages currently describe UK postage as £4.99 plus 75p for each item ordered. Review the charge shown in your basket and checkout for the actual order before paying. If the amount is unclear or differs from what you expected, contact the shop for clarification first.
The product pages also show dispatch and delivery estimates. Treat those as estimates rather than a promise that a parcel will arrive on a particular day. If you need a gift for a specific occasion, ask about current arrangements before relying on a date.
Check the address carefully
Review the recipient name, address and postcode. An old saved address or a missing flat number can cause avoidable problems. Keep your order confirmation so you have a reference if you need to contact the team.
If your question concerns a destination or service not clearly covered by the checkout, ask K&M Herbs before placing the order. Do not assume that a delivery option is available simply because you have used it with another retailer.
Ordering for Christmas
Allow time to inspect the parcel and prepare the gift after it arrives. For an Advent calendar, think about when you want the recipient to begin using it, rather than only the date you plan to hand it over.
