Debloating is informal language for reducing or reversing what someone calls bloating. The term appears in lifestyle headlines, but it does not define one standard process or result.

A short word with a broad meaning
The prefix de- suggests undoing something. In this case, the underlying word bloating still needs explanation. A headline using debloating may mean a change in sensation, a change in appearance or simply a promotional theme.
Bloating and appearance are different questions
NIDDK distinguishes bloating as a feeling from distension as an increase in abdominal size. A lifestyle image cannot reliably show whether someone feels bloated. Appearance alone and a reported sensation are different kinds of information.
What a before-and-after image leaves out
A photograph can vary with clothing, pose, lighting and framing. It cannot establish the reason for a physical change or prove the effect of a named product. Those limitations matter when a broad term is attached to a visual claim.
A definition rather than a routine
This article explains the term instead of offering a debloating programme. It makes no promise about body shape, weight or symptoms. K&M teas are presented as drinks to explore, not as products for achieving a before-and-after result.
